I am a simulation fellow and instructor in pediatric emergency medicine at Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago. My research explores the mechanisms of workplace learning in graduate medical education. I teach at both the graduate and undergraduate levels, with the aim of fostering leadership development and promoting self-reflection, especially as a part of professional identity formation.
